The summer is upon us and we can definitely feel the hot weather! We are trying to stay extra hydrated but any help from you is also appreciated. Extra water bottles, sports drinks and sunscreen are an essential on hot days! We have numerous outings planned for the outside, but rest assure if the day is going to be really hot we will change it to an inside outing. We have added some new and exciting classes for this month. We will be doing a month long series on the effects of how various foods and drinks affect our body.
Stop on by and see how colorful and patriotic ABLE is. Everyone helped out and decorated it wonderfully. We truly had a “BLAST!”
Please note that we will be having a 4th of July celebration on Friday July 2nd and are going to be open on Monday July 5th. We will be celebrating our July birthdays on July 14th and we will be closed on July 16th for staff training.
