Who are our customers?
The needs of the individual in service will always come first with ABLE Residential. It is our goal to meet the needs of our other customer groups. It is only through a team effort that the life dreams of the people in services will be achieved. Residential Services ABLE Residential currently focuses on providing services through host homes using independent contractors, alternative settings will be explored as requested and needed. |

Placement Process When ABLE Residential recieves a request to find a home for an individual, our first step is to learn as much as possible about the person. A long-term placemnet is more likely to occure when a proper match is made between the individual and the host home provider. Some of the factors considered when looking for a match are:
Staff Training ABLE Residential requires employees who work directly with people to attend at least twenty four hours of training annually. Employees working directly with people in services must have CPR, First Aid, Behavior Intervention, Incident Report training, MANE, Rights, Confidentiality, CPI, HIPAA and Medication administration (if necessary) prior to working alone. |

Martin E. Wilson, LCSW, President:: Marty has served as the President of ABLE since its inception in 1999. his collective experience lends to ABLE’s credibility as a high quality provider. Marty’s fun, dynamic personality adds humor to an already encouraging and caring environment. Marty not only performs executive-type functions, but is always willing to help out with all aspects of program delivery, ensuring a safe and responsive service. Sang L. Wilson, Vice President: Sang has served as the Vice President of ABLE since its inception in 1999. His consistent attention to detail coupled with a penchant for the technical means a safe drive home with staff armed with cell phones and first aid kits. Sang oversees daily operations, but always make time for anyone in need of a kind word and a pep talk. Kendra L. Wilson, M.Ed., Director: Kendra remains ABLE’s efficient go-to gal. She has been an integral part of ABLE since its inception in 1999, serving many important functions. Kendra has a heart for people with a genuine desire to get things right the first time. Her commitment to quality can be seen in the management of her day service, attitude and years of education & experience in her trainings & infrastructure development. Kendra’s love for learning includes intensive research regarding positive behavior supports, sound teaching methods, and HR/staff retention issues.
