ABLE is a fun, warm and welcoming place. ABLE day programs are geared toward personal growth, consistency, and choice. ABLE implements positive behavioral supports, engages people in meaningful activities, and structures the environment for success. We take pride in our clean facilities with open designs. We take great care in hiring the best in the business.

ABLE has two locations: Thornton & Grand Junction. Open M-F @ 9am-2pm. Door-to-door transportation is provided if the person’s residence is near the facility. Activities are developed to educate, integrate, and invigorate. Email us to request an activity calendar.

ABLE pays for most activities: let’s go bowling, visit libraries, tour museums, get active at the gym, etc. Base-site activities teach sign language class, chair yoga, karaoke, dancing, seasonal celebrations and so much more.

Community Participation

Bowling, tours, museums, cafe experiences, trips to the recreation center, eye-hand coordination activities and libraries.

Volunteer Work

Goodwill Thrift Store, ARC Thrift Store, Adopt-a-Street, Catholic Outreach, and Homeward Bound.

Base-Site Classes & Activities

Life skill classes, arts & crafts, talent shows, community service projects, parties, chapter book read-a-louds, and sensory activities.

Being a family-owned business, we aim to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all who enter our doors. ABLE day programs offer services with a family feel where learning and laughing are a daily occurrence. With educational classes offered every day, there is always a chance to learn something new.

We hope you have A Better Life Experience!
